PIXcel, PANalytical's 2^nd generation solid-state detection technology, is a highly advanced photon counting device incorporating the latest in solid-state pixel technology and forms a valuable high-end companion to the X'Celerator.

A complete range of software packages

X'Pert Software, our range of XRD software packages, allows for a host of X-ray diffraction applications. X'Pert Software employs the XRDML data platform, based on the industry standard XML, giving users complete control over their XRD measurement data.

PANalytical has a long history of developing and manufacturing X-ray tubes for X-ray diffraction. The current product range comprises ceramic, glass and C-Tech tubes.
