The unique XRD Ceramic tube is optimized for use in PANalytical's X'Pert PRO, CubiX PRO, CubiX FAST and X'Pert diffractometers.
The standardized XRD Glass and C-Tech tubes can be used in PANalytical's own older diffractometers, and also in all other diffractometer brands.
X-ray tubes can be ordered as single items, but also in larger quantities. They can be customized on request.
