MiniPal software version 3.0
With this tailor-made software, routine operations can be carried out by virtually anyone - although some specialist knowledge is needed for initial application set-up.
Comprehensive and advanced
MiniPal software version 3.0 includes recalibration, spectra comparison, extended database formatting possibilities and other features like:
- Applications can be copied to other systems of the same type with a minimum effort, making life easy for multi-system and multi-department users.
- Recalibration allows one set of calibration data to be transferred from a research lab to a quality control or process control machine. This feature also extends the lifetime of a calibration.
- Automatic theoretical influence coefficients (a’s) to correct the intensity deviations caused by matrix effects (inter-element effects within the sample).
- With version 3.0 it is possible to compare spectra of samples from the same application or from different applications. Up to 64 spectra can be displayed at the same time. Spectra can also be scaled and shown in 3D. Thus, materials identification is simple, trends can be easily monitored, and contamination can be checked.
- Fully integrated peak deconvolution for unraveling complex spectra. This function separates closely-spaced peaks in the spectrum that the system would otherwise be unable to resolve. This is done with special algorithms that accurately describe peak shape, providing truly accurate analysis without having to resort to secondary filters and/or reference spectra.
- Access security to protect against unauthorized interference or operator error is standard.
- A Quick Start Guide for the MiniPal is supplied as standard. This simplifies installation and application set-up.
